What’s stopping you from beginning your path to Financial Freedom?

A student at Lance Edwards’ Live Event has an Aha Moment regarding extra equity built into the deal:

“When you showed that how that equity is built into someone that is coming in as an investor because I’m thinking “Okay, they’re giving me 20%” so they’re looking at me like “Wow, man, I’m giving you, I’m leveraging the hell out of this property for you.”  And I’m sitting here and if I take it back, I’m 100% leveraged but they’re not.  Man, how did you do that…extra equity built into the deal…yea, that was just wild.”

80% of success is showing up.

You can’t close the deal if you don’t show up!

Lance goes on to say:

“You know, just meet the first one.  The thing will take care of itself.  Enrique also said it “Money loves speed”.  It’s just a matter of the “universe conspires on our behalf” – part of that mentality.  But show up!  But you gotta show up!”

As we Americans enjoy yet another Memorial Day – free and secure at home – we have lots to be grateful for.  We remember those Americans who went before us and made the ultimate sacrifice so that we could enjoy our freedom and the unlimited opportunities before us.

We honor these men and women by remembering them, by expressing our gratitude for them and their family’s sacrifice – and by building on their service to grow this nation.

I urge you to remember them in your daily gratitudes – and to express daily gratitude for the freedom they provide for us.

Face your fears head-on.

Lances says:  “Do your feared things first.  Because that’s what’s the huge energy block that’s holding us back.  Again, the first olive out of the jar is the hard one.”

Jim, a student of Lance Edwards’, adds his own observations:

“All the people working the program call them brokers from day one.  The person’s going to think “He’s really hopping right into it.”  Well, that’s exactly what you want and just practice.  Then don’t think, like, if somebody finds out you’re new it’s any big deal.  You don’t know it’s not their first day on the job.  We all have assumptions.”

“Always be prepared” is the Boys Scouts motto.  And that motto can be applied to what you are doing as well.

A student of Lance Edwards’ observes:

“I really like the…having this extra Master Lease concept in your quiver.  Probably you won’t want to use it often but it’s there for that case, that instance where you go “Oh, now what do I do with it?”"

The importance of the LLC in the whole process:

“I was really surprised to see how the LLC fits into the actual process because I never understood exactly where it went into the process and how it could be used so that was really enlightening to see that.”

The prevalent line of thinking is that you show investors the high rate of return on the deal first.

That thinking is incorrect.

One student shares his revelation:

“Lance came along and enlightened me on high returns is the last thing that you show them even though it’s last it’s very, very important but the first three things are what you put it in there and then once you put pre-disposed, control, low risk and high return.  Once you get all that lined up, you don’t have to do much talking.  After that, you put it there, it’s in black and white and it sells itself.
