Iwas one of those bought single family homes for years. till the downfold that began in 2006. I was left with 8 houses with very high mortgages and the value droping like fawcet waater, so I had to adjust and short-sale them, still left with the one that  reside.
I came across a bank owned propety built 2 years ago High End construction.(The Builder borrowed  $14.5milion) And the same bank foreclosed it.
and the builder made condominium and try to sell but was only able to sale 2 stores.
Now there are 37 stores-units left empty the bank woudn&#039;t rent. they want to sale.Last Appraisal was $10mil. The Bank is Asking: $9mil.
My only concern is how can I be sure the place will rent, We do have guaranty from another building to be able to acquire the financing, but we still need 10% down and the assurance to rent it.
What do you think!
