Open an account with Home Depot. If you purchase $XXXX (I do not remember the exact dollar)or more, they will give you 6 months to repay the loan with no interest. Also Home Depot have contractors that will bid on the repairs.
Also you can repair one, two or more units at a time.
Go visit with Home Depot before you use your credit card. This could be your short term loan.

This is very appealing and I've been interested in pursuing this technique. Where do you get the $50,000 rehab funding, a private loan?

Thanks!
